Meet The Team

Rob Tyrrell is delighted to join the team at AM Dental. He brings over 24 years of dental expertise, having graduated from Dental School in Dublin, Ireland, in 2000. He has worked in hospital and private practice settings in Ireland, the UK, and Australia. He spent the last five years working in private practice in Claremont, Perth.

He enjoys all aspects of general dental practice and has a particular interest in oral surgery and dental implantology and holds a Masters degree in dental implantology from the University of Bristol, UK.

He lives locally and enjoys surfing, swimming and spending time with his family.

Dr Rashmi Moolay is part of our team of dedicated dental health professionals. Rashmi provides a very gentle and caring approach to all her patients, offering flexible treatment options to suit individual needs and circumstances.

Graduating from an overseas dental college in 2000, soon after she began her own private practice. She worked closely with an Oral Surgeon and Orthodontist which increased her experience in these specialist areas. Rashmi found it very important to educate patients on preventative strategies to minimize dental issues to conserve natural teeth.

Rashmi has been fortunate enough to call Australia home for almost 15 years, living in many different states while working public health. This gave the opportunity for her to care for a variety of patients of differing age groups and cultural backgrounds, particularly elderly patients who have special needs, providing her with valuable experience in addressing the dental concerns of patients who need a little bit of extra care.

Rashmi finds it very important to educate patients on preventative strategies to minimize dental issues to conserve natural teeth, and attends seminars and workshops to stay educated on new techniques.

When Rashmi’s not working she enjoys the relaxed Perth lifestyle, spending quality time with her family at many of the beautiful beaches in Perth with two of her favorite places being Kings Park and Cottesloe Beach.

Dr Anne Mascarenhas proud to work at AM Dental Care for over 20 years, which has been a dental practice for at least 75 years, being built in 1946.

Dr Mascarenhas is a friendly and gentle dentist with a great ability to put nervous patients at ease. After 30 years in the profession, she can well and truly say that dentistry was her calling, and she absolutely loves every aspect the field has to offer.

As a general dentist, Dr Mascarenhas is a true people’s person who enjoys finding and helping to solve patient’s dental problems. As one of our most experienced dentists she graduated from the University of Bombay.

In her downtime Dr Mascarenhas loves anything musical from dancing to singing. Her passion is her garden as well as cooking and entertaining family and friends.

Dr Mascarenhas continues to enhance her ability to provide safe, high quality professional oral health care through her membership at the Australian Dental Association.

She truly is an outstanding individual who brings skill and an understanding manner with a gentle touch.
